It is sincere conviction of MCDP that its accountability, commitment and transparency to what it works and what changes it promised to bring indispensable for the sustained changes in the lives of its target community. Hence, it adheres to the community development approach and the rules and code of Conduct of NGOs in the Country and stays in fulfilling the needs of the disadvantaged communities, especially women and children in both the urban and rural settings.
MCDP remains transparent in all its undertakings and works in ways that maximize participation of the target community from project inception to evaluation of its interventions. This state of approach has enabled MCDP to be more responsive to the target communities and efficiently utilize thefund released by its donors.
